Welcome to Special Delivery Midwifery Care & Birth Center. Our midwives have more than 45 years of experience attending births at home and in the birth center. Special Delivery Birth Center opened in May 2012 providing a comfortable and safe place to labor, birth, and bond with their new baby. Located near 71st and Yale, this south Tulsa location is within minutes of 3 hospitals and within one mile of a major hospital. This location allows us to have close proximity in case of an emergency but with the comforts of home. Our facility also offers comfortable offices and a family-friendly waiting room. We welcome your calls to schedule a time to meet a midwife, tour the facility, and ask all your questions.

Homebirth

Choosing to give birth in the comfort of your own home can be the perfect place for healthy, low-risk women.  Our midwives bring experience, expertise, and skills to help you create a safe environment to bring your baby into this world.

Birth Center

Choose from one of our two spacious birth suites to give birth in a clean, home-like birth center in Tulsa, OK. With birth tubs and a serene environment, families are supported to create their birth unique experience.
